We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to handle outreach and sales inquiries, provide accurate quotes, and manage customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Position: Part time (20-35 hours/week depending on fluctuations in print volume)
Hours:
Monday-Friday 10am-2pm (starting with less hours but building up to this within 4-6 weeks)
Compensation: $16/hour + tiered commission

Responsibilities

Sales & Quoting:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

  • Provide detailed and accurate quotes based on artwork, garment selection, and print specifications.

  • Educate customers on different printing techniques, garment options, and turnaround times.

  • Follow up on quotes to close sales and generate repeat business.

  • Process orders and ensure all details are documented correctly.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities - prospecting, networking, and building relationships to generate leads and drive revenue growth.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.

Customer Service:

  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Assist customers with order updates, design approvals, and delivery timelines.

  • Handle any issues, complaints, or concerns professionally and efficiently.

  • Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Administrative & General Tasks:

  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Maintain an organized system for pricing, invoices, and customer files.

  • Assist with social media inquiries or promotional campaigns if needed.


Skills Required*

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or quoting (preferably in screen printing or a related field).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with pricing structures.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in using computers, email, quoting software and CRM software.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.

  • Knowledge of screen printing or apparel decoration is a plus but not required.
